After all parts of leather cut by craftsmen, it passes down to floor where sewing team work. It seems like stitching one part to another is most likely women's field of expertise.

工場設立とほぼ時を同じくして働き始めた熟練のスタッフは細かい手作業部分、まだ経歴が浅いスタッフは機械縫いにセットする部分を担当するなど分業も完璧。

This section is divided into two sections; hand sewing section and machine sewing section. Veteran staffs working since the factory established handle detail part while new staff stitches with machine. Their workflow is just perfect.

機械で縫える部分はオートメーション化。一方、曲線や精度を必要とする部分はミシンを使った見事な手さばきで、縫い合わせていきます。機械と手とがバランス良くシンクロすることで、効率的かつスピーディにパーツがシューズへと変貌を遂げていきます。

There are parts where machine can sew automatically and parts where needed to be done by hands. By synchronizing machine work and hand work creates new balance made in U.S.A. product efficiently.
